Classes are limited to eight participants and have a minimum of three participants. Classes with less than three participants signed up may be cancelled with 24 hours notice.

Work with Chef Dennis and classmates to develop a cohesive, multi-course menu and work through hands on preparation of the meal.

Wednesday: Salads, Dressings, Hors d'Oeuvres, Appetizers, Soup
Thursday: Meat, Fish, Poultry, Vegetable, Starch
Friday: Cakes, Pies, Cookies, Custards

Emphasis is placed on menu and recipe development, basic preparation skills, basic cooking methods and plating/presentation skills. $135 per person.
